1. Service Content Pilot Run APP (hereinafter referred to as “the APP”) provides the following main services: · Provides users with relevant information content and app positioning features to find and respond to related questions. · The APP reserves the right to adjust, update, or suspend service content at any time but will notify users in advance when possible.
2. User Account Regarding the use of accounts for this APP, please note the following important points: · Login accounts are temporarily provided and are only valid during specific activity periods. Accounts will automatically expire after the service ends. · All activity data will be completely deleted after the event, with no copies retained. · Temporary data during activities is processed anonymously to protect user privacy.
3. User Behavior Guidelines To maintain a good usage environment, users should adhere to the following guidelines: · Do not use this service for any illegal activities or actions that infringe upon others’ rights. · Uploading, publishing, or spreading illegal, threatening, offensive, defamatory, pornographic content, or content that infringes on others’ intellectual property rights is prohibited. · Do not abuse the APP’s functions or services, such as malicious spamming or sending junk messages. · If the above regulations are violated, the APP reserves the right to immediately terminate the service, delete related content, and pursue legal responsibilities.
4. Content Authorization Regarding user-generated content, please note the following important points: · All temporary content generated during activities will be completely deleted after the activity ends. · The use of this APP does not involve any permanent content authorization. · Users are legally responsible for the content they publish and guarantee they have the right to publish such content.
5. Intellectual Property Rights The intellectual property rights protection regulations for this APP are as follows: · The APP and all its content (including but not limited to text, images, programs, logos, interface designs, etc.) belong to the Pilot Run content creators. · Without written permission from Pilot Run, users may not use, copy, modify, distribute, display, or otherwise utilize any content of the APP in any form. · Users agree to respect others’ intellectual property rights and must not publish content that infringes on others’ rights on the APP.
6. Disclaimer Pilot Run provides the following disclaimer for its services: · We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or completely error-free but will make the utmost effort to maintain system stability. · Although third-party links in the APP are service-related, Pilot Run is not responsible for their content. · All data is based on Pilot Run’s database records, which will be used as the basis in case of disputes. · Pilot Run is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses caused by users’ use of the APP. All related responsibilities comply with current legal provisions.
7. Service Interruption Pilot Run may temporarily interrupt services due to the following reasons: · System maintenance, upgrades, or other necessary technical adjustments. · Force majeure factors such as natural disasters, network failures, government actions, etc. · When situations arise that endanger system security. · Pilot Run will notify users of service interruptions in advance when possible and strive to restore services as quickly as possible.
8. Personal Data Protection We value users’ privacy rights: · Pilot Run will strictly collect, process, and use user data in accordance with personal data protection laws. · User data is only used to provide services and improve user experience. It will not be disclosed to third parties without user consent.
9. If you disagree with the new terms, please stop using the APP.
10. Dispute Resolution · Any disputes arising from the use of this APP should first be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. · If negotiations fail, it is agreed that the local court where Pilot Run operates will serve as the jurisdiction court.
